Returns & Refund Policy

Our Policy

We want you to love your Deep South gear. If something isn't right, we offer returns within 7 days of your order being received.

To qualify, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing any signs of wear, including washing, staining, makeup or deodorant marks, or tearing, will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If you purchased Checkout+ at checkout, your return shipping is fully covered.

If Checkout+ was not selected, return shipping is your responsibility. We'll provide a return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing & Refunds

Once your return is received, allow 2 business days for processing and up to 5 business days for the refund to reach your account. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus the return shipping cost where applicable.
