What sizes does the mask and snorkel set come in?
The set comes in two sizes: Junior (S), recommended for ages 5–12, and Adult (M/L), which fits most teens and adults. Full dimensions are available on our Size Guide page.
What colours are available?
The mask and snorkel set is available in seven colours: Aqua, Coral, Puka, Atlantic, Reef, Eva, and Sand.
What sizes do the fins come in?
The fins are available in size M (EU 36–37) and ML (EU 37.5–38.5). If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Are the fins sold separately?
Yes. The fins are available on their own at R595, or as part of the Explorer Set bundle with the mask and snorkel set.
What is the Explorer Set?
The Explorer Set bundles the mask, snorkel, and fins together at an early bird price of R1,250 - a saving of R140 on the combined retail price. Free delivery is included.

Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Free delivery is included with every Explorer Set order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 7–10 working days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayFast and EFT.
How do I pay by EFT?
Use the bank details below and send your proof of payment to ds.oceanwear@gmail.com. Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

Returns
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of your order being received. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags intact.
What items can't be returned?
Any item showing signs of wear, including washing, staining, makeup or deodorant marks, or tearing, will not be accepted.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
If you purchased Checkout+ at checkout, return shipping is fully covered. If not, return shipping is your responsibility. We provide a return label and deduct the cost from your refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received, allow 2 business days for processing and up to 5 business days for the refund to reach your account.
Care & Conservation
How do I stop my mask from fogging?
Before first use, apply a small amount of tear-free children's shampoo or non-abrasive white toothpaste to the inside of the lens, leave for 10–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Before each use, rinse with fresh water and avoid touching the inside of the lens.
How do I care for my mask after a swim?
Rinse thoroughly with fresh water to remove salt, sand, and chlorine. Air dry in a cool, shaded spot and store in your Deep South biodegradable bag. Full care instructions are on our Care Guide page.

We donate 5% of our monthly profits to SANCCOB, which rescues, rehabilitates, and protects the critically endangered African Penguin. Every purchase contributes directly to that work.
